Measuring The Determinants of Earnings Management
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of profitability, leverage, deferred tax expense, tax planning on earnings management. The research sample consisted of 12 manufacturing companies on the IDX for the period 2018 - 2020. Data on the company's annual financial statements, 33 data were obtained which were analyzed before outliers, and 26 data were analyzed after outliers. Methods of data analysis using classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression. The research results show that profitability has a significant positive effect, deferred tax expense has a significant negative effect, leverage and tax planning have no significant effect on earnings management

Abstract
This study was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of price, product quality on consumer satisfaction. Price (X1) is the amount of value that consumers exchange for a product or service that has benefits when consumers have or use the product or service. product quality (X2) is the ability of the product to meet or satisfy the needs and desires of consumers. Consumer satisfaction (Y) is something that is sought to meet the needs needed. The design of this study is hypothesis testing using primary data obtained by distributing 100 questionnaires to consumers of HomeSmart RantauPrapat. The measuring scale used is the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression analysis technique of quantitative data using the Statistical Sciences Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) statistical method. The results of this study conclude that partially there is a significant and positive effect between price and product quality, simultaneously the same thing also occurs, namely a significant and positive effect between satisfaction, price and product quality on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract
Over two decades, the banking industry in Nigeria has been experiencing unprecedented ICT revolutions. These dynamics are reshaping and remodeling the entire sector. It is revolutionizing traditional banking methods using e-banking as an excellent tool for driving fast financial transactions. E-banking offers tremendous transaction opportunities to customers. This study examined factors that determine customers' choice of e-banking platform in Nigeria. The predictors considered here are Usefulness, reliability, ease of use and security. The study used a survey method. The sample size was determined using Survey Monkey Sample Size Determinant Technique at 3.3 margin error with 95 per cent confidence level. Semi-structured interview and questionnaire to retrieve data from participants. Elucidated data was analyzed using descriptive and parametric statistics. Results revealed that 71.5 per cent of the participants reported that electronic payment channel was easy to use, 99.5 per cent reported the Usefulness of electronic payment channel. Only 27.9 said that electronic payment channels are secured and safe. Again, 47.7 per cent reported that the electronic payment channel was reliable. From the parametric statistics carried out, the result revealed that Usefulness, security, ease of use and reliability are significant drivers of e-payment channels. The study recommends a need for the banks, fintech, financial and regulatory agencies to put in place structures and resources that will help improve the safety of the platforms and their reliability.

In this study, the population used was all consumers who had visited the Hotel Platinum Rantauprapat at least 1 time, and the sample was taken using the unknown population formula for as many as 100 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using google Forms and measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study uses PLS (partial least square) analysis which is a variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation analysis using SmartPLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that facilities and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction

Abstract
Hanging out in a coffee shop for some consumers has become a necessity that is difficult to avoid. Hanging out is an interesting part of consumer behavior to study through marketing mix and hedonism. So the purpose of this research is to reveal the factors that influence consumer behavior and to find out which variables have the most dominant influence on consumer behavior. Quantitative descriptive research approach, the sample is determined based on the number of indicators as much as 1 5 x 10 = 1 5 0 samples and the author sets it to be 200 samples. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is Smart PLS v 3.0 to predict the relationship between one construct and another. Based on the respondent's profile by gender, it is dominated by men, with the age above 31 years and the highest education being high school or equivalent, bachelor's and master's degree. The results of hypothesis testing, it shows that there is theoretical and scientific support that the marketing mix and hedonism variables and their indicators are very significant in influencing consumer behavior. The hedonism variable is the most dominant variable in influencing consumer behavior

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Human Resource Management and Organizational Culture on employee performance at PT. Supra Matra Abadi PMKS Aek Nabara. The sample in this study were employees of PT. Supra Matra Abadi PMKS Aek Nabara, totaling 89 people. The analysis used is multiple linear regression test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study are partially known, each variable of HR Management and Organizational Culture has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Supra Matra Abadi PMKS Aek Nabara based on n value Sig less than 0.05 and tcount greater than ttable 1,987 . And simultaneously that the variables of Human Resource Management (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) have an effect on Employee Performance (Y) PT. Supra Matra Abadi PMKS Aek Nabara based on the value of Sig. 0.001 < 0.05 and the calculated F value is 30.511 > from Ftable 3.10. The result of Adjusted R-Square is 0.644 , this means that the contribution of the influence of Human Resource Management and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Employees of PT. Supra Matra Abadi PMKS Aek Nabara is 64.4% and the remaining 35.6% is influenced by other factors in outside of this research.

Abstract
The pandemic caused by Coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) which originated in Wuhan, China has spread rapidly to all countries around the world including Indonesia. Various methods are used to maintain safety and prevent the spread of virus getting faster, one of methods by implementing the work from home for the civil servant administration. Therefore, this research investigates the impact of working from home to the performance of civil servant administration in Indonesia. The employees who have the possibility to work from home, have a high degree of autonomy in scheduling their work and thus considered to have higher intrinsic motivation. Thereby, the research hypothesis between working from home can positively impact on employee performance of the civil servant administration at Banten Province. This study uses quantitative methods, the data in this study used by an online questionnaire of 72 civil servant administration in Banten Province. The analysis tool using structural equation modeling (SEM) PLS. Research variable divided become three variables, the work from home as predictor for the performance of civil servant administration, while the Covid-19 pandemic as the moderator variable. The empirical results shows that working from home has a significant positive effect on performance of civil servant administration. Meanwhile, Covid-19 Pandemic as a moderating variable will be weakens the relationship between work form home (WFH) on the performance of civil servant administration.

Abstract
Currently, there are many raw food products circulating in traditional markets, one of which is salted fish. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed economic life, including salted fish traders at the Lamekongga market, Kolaka Regency. The revival of the salted fish business is considered very important because this source of livelihood experienced a decline in income during the COVID-19 outbreak that entered Kolaka Regency. The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of partner support (X1) and mental attitude (X2) on the economic recovery (Y) of salted fish traders in Lamekongga traditional market. This research is an ex-port facto research which is causal associative. The subjects of this study were 19 sellers of salted fish in the Lamekongga traditional market. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using simple regression and multiple regression. The implication of the research is to describe the recovery economy after the peak of COVID-19. The results of the inferential analysis of the influence of partner support (X1) and mental attitude (X2) on economic recovery (Y), obtained information on the value of sig.2-tailed is 0.000 < 0.05, the test results are statistically significant, thus there is an effect of partner support ( X1) and mental attitude (X2) towards economic recovery (Y).

This study aims to determine the Effect of Social Media, Worth Of Mouth, Brand Image on Increasing Home Sales of the Tempe Industry. The method in this study is a quantitative method. Based on the results of the t test, it is known that the Worth Of Mouth and Brand Image variables have a partial and significant effect on increasing sales of Home Industry Tempe based on Sig < 0.05 and t count > t table (1.984), while the Social Media variable has no partial and significant effect on increase in sales of Home Industry Tempe based on Sig Value > 0.05 and t count < t table (1.984). It is concluded that Social Media, Wort of Mouth , Brand Image simultaneously affect the increase in Home Sales of the Tempe Industry in terms of Sig. < 0.05 and based on the calculated f value 542.310 > from f table 2.70. Based on the R-Square of 0.944, the value of the contribution of the impact of Social Media, Wort of Mouth, Brand Image simultaneously affects the increase in Home Sales of the Tempe Industry by 94.4% and the remaining 5.6% is influenced by other factors outside of this study

This study aims to determine the effect of work behavior, work environment and social interaction on job satisfaction of employees of Minimarket Raja Pas Rantauprapat. The population in this study were all employees at Minimarket Raja Pas Rantauprapat. The sample in this study was 36 people, the sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique or census sampling, where all members of the population were sampled. The object of this research is the result data regarding work behavior, work environment, and social interaction. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study was assisted using the IBM SPSS application. The results showed that work behavior had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Raja Pas Rantauprapat Minimarket, with a coefficient value of 0.202, the work environment positively and significantly affected employee job satisfaction at the Raja Pas Rantauprapat Minimarket with a coefficient value of 0.238 and social interaction significantly. positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Raja Pas Minimarket with a coefficient value of 0.447. This study aims to analyze and describe the Marketing Mix variable and the Domestic Attractiveness Negeri di Atas Awan – Lolai, Toraja on the interest of domestic tourists to visit. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to respondents who have visited Negeri di Atas Awan and assessing the tourist attractiveness of the destination. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling with an accidental approach. The results of this study indicate that the marketing mix affects the interest of domestic tourists visiting by 0.428 units with a calculated T value of 3.285 > T table of 1.660. Tourist attraction affects the interest of domestic tourists to visit because the regression coefficient value is 0.388 with the calculated T value of 2.965 > T table of 1.660. Overall. The influence of the marketing mix and tourist attraction on the interest of domestic tourists to visit is 61.7%, and other factors influence the remaining 38.3%.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2) and Work Environment on Work Performance (Y) at the Panai Tengah District Office. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population used in this study were all employees at the Panai Tengah District Office. The sample consists of 34 samples of respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study were obtained where (1) the Leadership Variable (X1) did not have a positive and significant/significant effect on work performance where the number of t count < t table was 1,943 > 2,042. (2) Motivation variable (X2) has no positive and significant/significant effect on work performance where the number of t count < t table is 0.881 < 2.042. (3) The Work Environment Variable (X3) does not have a positive and significant/significant effect on work performance where the number of t count < t table is 0.483 < 2.042. (4) Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2), and Work Environment (X3) variables have a positive and significant/significant effect on work performance (Y) simultaneously where the number of F count > F table is 3.230 > 2.922. The value of the R2 coefficient of 0.169 means that Leadership (X1), Motivation (X2), and Work Environment (X3) affect work performance by 16.9%, while 83.1% is influenced by others. F table is 3,230 > 2,922. The population of this research is the PKB representative of the Maluku Province BKKBN, totaling 100 employees with a total sample of 50 employees. The results of the study stated that competence and interpersonal communication partially or simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on the performance of PKB employees of the Maluku Province BKKBN Representatives. The variable of competence and interpersonal communication explains the variable of employee performance by 78.2%, this means that competence and interpersonal communication are two factors that must be considered

Abstract
The tendency of people to make purchases without paying attention to financial principles has resulted in people being irrational in buying necessities, especially farmers in farmer women’s group Anggrek. This study aims to examine the level of financial literacy of urban farming entrepreneurs, especially in farmer women’s group Anggrek, Bara – Baraya Village, Makassar District, Makassar City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The data analysis technique used in the research is data reduction, the next is data presentation, after that draw conclusions. The informants in this study used purpositive sampling, the informants in this study were 4 people who were farmers at farmer women’s group Anggrek. And to determine the level of financial literacy of urban farming entrepreneurs, especially in the Anggrek Women Farmer Group, there are 4 indicators studied in this study, namely 1) Knowledge of finance 2) Knowledge of Savings and Loans 3) Knowledge of Insurance and 4). Knowledge of Investment. The results of the study explain that the overall level of financial literacy of farmers in farmer women’s group Anggrek still needs to be improved, although knowledge about finance and savings, and loans is quite good, but trust and use of financial institutions, insurance and investment are still very limited. So it is necessary to increase financial literacy for farmers, especially in farmer women’s group Anggrek.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Non Performing Loan (NPL), Independent Commissioner (KMI) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on Firm Value (PBV) mediated by Return on Assets (ROA). The population of this study are all banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The sample in this study were 22 banking companies that were selected based on the purposive random sampling method. This study was conducted with a path analysis approach using panel data regression analysis on Eviews 10. The results of this study conclude the following: NPL has a negative and significant effect on ROA, KMI has a positive and significant effect on ROA, CAR has a positive and insignificant effect on ROA, NPL has a positive and insignificant effect to PBV, KMI has a positive and significant effect on PBV, CAR has a significant and positive effect on PBV and ROA has a significant positive effect on PBV. The relationship between NPL and PBV mediated by ROA shows that it is fully mediated. Meanwhile, the relationship between KMI and CAR on PBV mediated by ROA shows that there is a partial mediated.

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of communication and compensation on employee job satisfaction. The research design used in this study used quantitative associative methods. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out on the first hypothesis (H1) which states that communication has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the value of t count > t table is 13,684 > 1,666, testing the second hypothesis (H2) which states that compensation has a positive effect and significant on employee job satisfaction, the value of t count > t table is 12.665 > 1.666, which means that communication and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, while the R-square value obtained is 0.847 which states that the communication and compensation variables effect on employee job satisfaction by 84.70% and the remaining 15.30% influenced by other variables.
